60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try the AUVY Series 1 for up to 60 days from delivery. If it isn’t the right fit, contact us to request a return for any reason. Standard return shipping is free within the United States.

Normal trial use is accepted. Products that are lost or damaged through misuse, abuse, intentional damage, chemicals, excessive moisture or improper care are not eligible.

1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

The AUVY Series 1 is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, misuse, improper care and moisture damage are not covered. For an approved claim, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

Email support@auvy.studio with your order number and a brief description of the request. We will send the return or replacement instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received or otherwise approved. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping throughout the United States. Orders are processed within one business day after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–9 business days after dispatch.
